Michelle Yeaman

Michelle Yeaman serves as the General Manager of Regional Operations North at WaterNSW since November 2022, overseeing the delivery of bulk water services and the maintenance of key infrastructure in northern NSW, including major dams. Previous experience includes Operations Manager for Seqwater, managing an extensive range of assets, and roles at Transurban, Leighton Contractors, and Aurizon, focusing on asset management, business development, and strategic consulting. Michelle's career began with the Royal Australian Air Force, where significant skills in logistics and project management were developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Defence Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Defence Studies from Deakin University, and participation in the ASCENT Leadership Program at Mt Eliza Business School.
