Ms. LAI Yin Ping is an executive director and one of the founders of the Group. She is also a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts with Economics as her major. Prior to founding the Group in May 1998, she co-founded a trading business with Mr. Yu Kam Shui, Erastus in the United States in 1993. Ms. Lai is primarily responsible for the strategic planning of the Group. Ms. Lai is the wife of Mr. Yu Kam Shui, Erastus, the sister-in-law of Ms. Yu Lai Chu, Eileen and the aunt of Mr. Tam Siu Kei, Alan.
