Mr. WONG Chun Nam, Duffy, B.B.S., J.P., is an independent non-executive director since 2001, the chairman of remuneration committee and members of audit committee, disclosure committee, investment advisory committee and nomination committee of the Company. Mr. Wong is a consultant of Ho, Wong & Wong Solicitors & Notaries, practising commercial, corporate and tax laws. Mr. Wong has been a practising solicitor in Hong Kong since 1982 and is also a Notary Public, a Chartered Secretary, a Certified Tax Adviser, an Accredited General Mediator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He participates in many public services including being a Justice of the Peace, a member of the Torture Claims Appeal Board and the Guardianship Board. Mr. Wong is currently an independent non-executive director of Ri Ying Holdings Limited which is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
