Heather Arney

Heather Arney has a diverse work experience in the field of international development. Starting in 2000, they served as a Peace Corps Volunteer specializing in the microfinance sector and promoting girls' education and economic development. From there, they joined Water.org, where they held various roles including Program Manager, Sr. Manager of International Programs, Sr. Manager of Information, Monitoring, and Evaluation, and most recently, Sr. Manager of Insights & Innovations. In their current role, they lead the Insights and Innovations team, measuring the organization's impact and generating insights to inform decision-making. Throughout their career at Water.org, they have played a key role in scaling the organization's impact, reaching millions of people and catalyzing billions of dollars in financing for water and sanitation improvements.
