Michele Marshall

Michele Marshall is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in customer and market operations. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations and Head of Market Operations at Water Plus since April 2016, Michele has demonstrated expertise in managing billing teams and driving significant improvements in customer billing processes. Notably, Michele led a cross-business initiative that reduced late billed customers from 589,000 to below 100,000 in just eight months and successfully transitioned billing exceptions work to an offshore partner. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at RWE npower, where Michele oversaw compliance audits and enhanced team performance across 80 FTE, and as Publisher Account Manager at WHSmith, managing magazine distribution in key UK regions. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Food Marketing from Aberystwyth University.
