Dave Derrenbacker

Dave Derrenbacker is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience as the Founding Partner and Owner of Water Pointe Realty Group, established in 1999. Prior to this, Derrenbacker gained valuable experience working at State Farm from 1986 to 1999 as a Claims Superintendent. Derrenbacker holds a degree in Journalism with an emphasis on Marketing from UCF College of Business, completed between 1982 and 1986.
