Before transitioning into real estate, Janice had a distinguished career in healthcare, including extensive management roles at Martin Memorial Health Systems as Nurse Manager and Administrative Director in Emergency Services. Janice holds a Master's Degree in Science from Old Dominion University and a high school diploma from Brunswick Academy.
