Greg Robitaille

Corporate Development at Water Street Healthcare Partners

Greg Robitaille leads corporate development for Water Street’s family of companies. He has more than 20 years of experience identifying and executing strategic acquisitions and partnering relationships. Prior to joining Water Street in 2009, Greg managed direct investing activities and led financings for a Chicago-based family office. He spent ten years with Equity Group Investments (EGI), the primary investment company of Sam Zell. During his tenure with EGI’s private equity arm, Greg originated, managed and monetized direct investments in a variety of businesses. He also served as executive vice president of corporate development for Rewards Network, Inc., an EGI company where he was responsible for product development, supplier relationship management and new business lines. Greg began his career in investment and commercial banking. He received a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College, where he served as a trustee. He also earned a master’s degree in business administration from Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Greg serves on the board of directors of Neos Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEOS). He also serves as President of the Board of Education of New Trier High School in Winnetka, IL.
