Marissa Gill has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Marissa started their career at Paychex as a Senior Payroll Specialist, where they managed payroll processing for multiple companies and handled tax reporting. Marissa then moved on to Quickcomm Software Solutions Inc., where they served as an Office Manager and excelled in new hire orientation and benefits administration. Currently, Marissa works at Water Tech as the Director of People & Culture, where they administer various HR functions and focuses on employee engagement and development. Marissa has also developed and implemented the organization's Employee Handbook.
Marissa Gill obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from William Paterson University of New Jersey in 2004. Marissa later pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Rutgers University from 2015 to 2018.
