Scott LeMonds

When Scott LeMonds joined WTI in 1999, he brought with him over 15 years of experience in design and hands-on construction. As a senior project manager, Scott has an additional twenty years of experience in completing successful projects across the country, from initial programming and conceptual design phases through construction administration and beyond. During each project, Scott works closely with architects, engineers and project owners to coordinate, consult and answer questions and review related electrical, plumbing, structural and mechanical drawings.

One of the most important parts of a project that Scott nurtures is his client, owner and project team relationships. By staying in close contact with each key player and paying attention to details during the process, Scott is able to minimize change orders and coordination issues that might otherwise occur. His leadership, creative problem solving, project coordination, mechanical skills and strong history of repeat clients make him a great asset to every project.
