Veronica Downs-White has a comprehensive work experience in the field of accounting. Veronica started their career as a Cost Accountant/Systems Operator at Technipower Inc., where they worked from 1988 to 1995. Veronica then moved on to Banta Direct Marketing - Danbury Printing, where they held the position of Manager Accounting & MIS from 1995 to 1998. Veronica's most recent role was at Waterworks, where they served as the Senior Director, Controller. During their time at Waterworks, they were responsible for various accounting duties, including GAAP reporting, leading accounting teams, implementing controls, preparing financial statements, and coordinating audits. Veronica also had experience in handling tax work papers and filings.
Veronica Downs-White holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Western Connecticut State University. Veronica also pursued a second Bachelor's Degree from the same institution, this time in Geology/Mathematics. In addition to their educational background, Veronica has obtained a Pewter Level certification from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in May 2015.
