Utkarsh Upadhyaya currently serves as the State Technical Specialist for WaterAid India, specializing in the regions of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana since October 2021. Prior to this role, Utkarsh held the position of Technical Specialist (Water) at Blue Elixir Water Harvesting Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from September 2015 to October 2021, and worked as a Consultant at Enviro-Tech Services between June 2017 and March 2020. Utkarsh holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Urban Flood Management from the Central University of Jharkhand, obtained in 2022, and a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Water Engineering and Management from the same institution, completed in 2015.
