Clement also successfully implemented the Enhancing Community Resilience Program as a Project Manager at CARE Malawi.

Clement Ndiwo-Banda earned a Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from the University of Malawi-Bunda College. Clement attended from 2003 to 2007. Later, in 2014, Clement pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management at the East and Southern Africa Management Institute-ESAMI. Clement completed this program in 2016 and obtained the Master of Business Administration certification from ESAMI in November 2016.
