Dr. Khakindra Bdr Bhandari

Dr. Khakindra Bdr Bhandari is an experienced Project Manager at WaterAid since February 2013, bringing extensive expertise in public health and program management. Previous roles include Programme Officer for HIV and AIDS at the National Centre for HIV and AIDS within the Ministry of Health from February 2014 to January 2015, and HRH Policy Coordinator at Save the Children for a brief period in late 2013. Dr. Bhandari also served as Advocacy and M&E Coordinator at Medical Emergency Relief International from September 2009 to January 2013, and worked as an Epidemiologist at the Epidemiology and Disease Control Division of the Ministry of Health in Nepal from March 2008 to September 2009. Furthermore, Dr. Bhandari contributed to Care International Nepal as a Training Specialist from December 2005 to September 2007 and held the position of Training Chief at the Institute of Community Health from June 1997 to June 2003.
