Katy Baldock has a diverse work experience in various market research roles. Katy started their career in 2008 as a Research Executive at Ipsos MORI, where they received comprehensive training and worked on various projects. Katy then joined Hearst Magazines UK as an Insight Executive, where they conducted primary quantitative research and supported marketing strategies. After that, they worked as a Senior Insight Executive at IPC Media, focusing on primary quantitative research and presenting results internally and externally. Katy then moved to Repucom as a Research Manager, where they combined their passion for sport and market research by working on projects related to sports sponsorship. Currently, they are working at WaterAid, first as a Market Insight Officer and then as a Market Insight Manager. Katy is currently serving as a Senior Insight Specialist at WaterAid.

Katy Baldock attended Solent University from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Media with Cultural Studies.
