CRM Change And Release Manager at WaterAid

Liz Cronin has work experience in various roles at different organizations. Since 2019, they have been working at WaterAid, where they started as a Data Operations Officer - Quality and Process Assurance and then moved on to the role of CRM Change and Release Manager. At WaterAid, they are responsible for managing data operations and ensuring the quality and process assurance of data. Prior to working at WaterAid, Liz worked at The Ramblers from 2011 to 2017. During their time at The Ramblers, they held several positions including Intelligence and Research Support Officer, Support Officer, Routes Development Officer, and Membership Processing Assistant. In these roles, Liz provided support, training, and guidance related to databases and systems, managed incoming queries, administered database administration tasks, and processed membership subscriptions.

Liz Cronin completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marine Biology at the University of Portsmouth from 2003 to 2006. Liz then pursued further education by completing a Master of Research (MRes) degree in Marine Biology at the University of Plymouth from 2006 to 2007.
