Maridhiyah Mohamed

Maridhiyah Mohamed has a strong background in human resources management and organizational development. Maridhiyah currently holds the position of Head of People, Culture, and Organization Development at WaterAid, a role they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they served as an HR Manager at PCI Global Tanzania from August 2017 to May 2022. Before that, they were a Human Resources Manager at AAR Insurance from January 2014 to June 2017. Maridhiyah also gained experience as a Human Resources Officer at Acacia Mining plc from August 2008 to May 2012, and as a Personnel & Administration Officer at Tanzania National Parks (TANAPA) from August 2007 to March 2008.

Maridhiyah Mohamed's education history includes obtaining a Master's degree in MBA (Corporate Management) from Mzumbe University, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Ba PSPA from the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) from 2004 to 2007. Maridhiyah also pursued a Bachelor's degree in BA PSPA during the same period at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM).
