Sarah Namusobya has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they started their career as an Advertising Intern at The River Group. In 2013, they worked as a Sales and Service Specialist at World Duty Free Group. From 2014 to 2015, they interned as a Fundraising Intern at Tropical Health and Education Trust (THET). In 2015, they joined Vision Aid Overseas as a Fundraising Officer and later transitioned to the role of Senior Fundraising Officer – Communications, Campaigns, and PR from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Fundraising Manager at Feed the Minds. In 2019, they became the Individual Giving Manager at Mothers' Union, a position they held until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Public Fundraising Officer at SeeAbility. Currently, they are working as a Senior Digital Marketing Officer at WaterAid.
Sarah Namusobya completed their Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Sociology and Media from Brunel University London, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, they went on to pursue a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Media Practice for Development and Social Change at the University of Sussex, which they completed from 2017 to 2019.
