Sarah Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sarah has worked for WaterAid since 2018, initially as a Leadership and Learning Manager and currently as the Leadership Development & Wellbeing Lead. Prior to that, Sarah worked at The Body Shop from 2013 to 2018, where they held positions such as International Leadership Development Manager and International Learning and Development Specialist. Before that, they worked in HR roles at Kinross Gold Corporation, Toombs Inc, and The University of British Columbia. Sarah also has experience in project management at Tetra Tech Mining & Minerals and the British Consulate General. Sarah's career began in 2004 at In2Focus (now Ashfield UK), where they served as a Senior Training and Assessment Advisor, and later moved on to 4Sight RSD as a Training and Assessment Manager.

Sarah Spencer's education history is as follows:

From 2021 to 2022, Sarah attended the School of Positive Transformation and studied Integrative Coaching.

In 2021, they also took a neuroscience course at The Neuroscience Academy.

In 2018, they completed a program at Life Orientations Ltd in LIFO.

In 2016, Sarah became a MBTI Qualified Practitioner through a program at OPP.

In 2015, they obtained a Learning and Development Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

In 2013, Sarah received a Project Management Certificate from APM.

From 2009 to 2010, they pursued a Professional Diploma in Marketing at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Finally, Sarah obtained a BA HONS in Media Arts from Royal Holloway, University of London from 2000 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah has also obtained several certifications. In January 2021, they became a Mental Health First Aider through the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England institution. In July 2016, Sarah completed The Essentials of Digital Marketing Fast Track certification offered by L'Oréal.
