Subhajit Ray

Subhajit Ray is a seasoned professional in the field of water, sanitation, and hygiene, currently serving as a District Coordinator at WaterAid since February 2021. Previously, Subhajit held the same title at the Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation from April 2017 to February 2021. Subhajit also contributed to the Rural Sanitation and Hygiene Promotion Project at the Centre For Action Research & Management in Developing Attitudes, Knowledge & Skills in Human Resource from October 2015 to April 2017 and worked as a Network Coordinator for the Bharat Rural Livelihood Foundation Programme from May 2015 to September 2015. Subhajit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Water Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, completed in 2015.
