Teresa H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Teresa began their career as a Data Resource Manager at Heller Financial from 1996 to 1999. Following this, they worked as a Lecturer in Computing & Information Systems at Farnborough College of Technology in 1999.

Teresa then joined Plan International in 2001, where they held various roles until 2009. These roles included Business Analyst in Supply Chain Management from 2013 to 2014, and Project Manager for ChildData from 2009 to 2013.

In 2014, Teresa became an Independent Consultant, working until July 2020. During this time, they provided consulting services.

From 2019 to 2020, Teresa worked as a Digital Planning Lead at the Diocese of Guildford, Church of England.

Currently, Teresa is employed at WaterAid, starting in 2020. Teresa initially served as a Senior Business Analyst from August 2020 to January 2022, and is currently working as a Project Lead.

Teresa H. obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Management from The Open University in 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Social Research from the University of Surrey in 2013. Teresa also pursued an MSc in Computing Science from Birkbeck, University of London, although the start and end years for this degree are not provided. In addition to their academic qualifications, Teresa H. has obtained several certifications. These include being an IIBA® Member from the IIBA, a delegate at the NETHOPE Global Summit 2022 and the NETHOPE Virtual Global Summit 2020 from NetHope, completing the Yellow Belt Kaizen training course from Process Management International (PMI), and becoming an AgileBA® Practitioner from APMG International.
