Adam Bushell is a seasoned educator and entrepreneur in the music industry, currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of WaterBear | The College of Music in Brighton since March 2018. This innovative institution offers flexible BA (Hons) and Masters programmes for musicians and creative artists. Prior to this role, Adam held significant positions including Principal and Director of Education at the Academy of Contemporary Music from October 2015 to November 2017, and College Principal at BIMM Institute Brighton from September 2002 to September 2015. Adam's academic background includes a Post Graduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning from the University of Sussex and a BEng (Hons) in Energy Engineering from London South Bank University. Additionally, Adam possesses an Ordinary National Diploma in Building Services Engineering from South Thames College.
