Bert Koelman

Bert Koelman is an experienced project manager and project leader with a robust background in engineering and leadership. Currently serving as a project manager at WarmteStad since August 2015 and holding a project leader position at Waterbedrijf Groningen since April 2010, Bert has also gained international experience as a short-term expat in hydraulic network modeling with Vitens Evides International in Kenya. Previous roles include E/I Engineer at Beenen and trainee at IJsseltechnologie. Educational qualifications comprise a Bachelor of Engineering from Hanze, a Prince2 foundation certification from Triple Plus, and studies in electrical and electronic engineering from Drenthe College and Esdal College.
