Chris J.b. Moes

Chris J.B. Moes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental law and project management. Currently serving as an advisor for various projects at Waterbedrijf Groningen and Rijkswaterstaat, Chris also leads advisory roles at Circtec Limited and Moes Project & Interim BV. Notably, Chris has been involved with Havenbedrijf Rotterdam since 2004, focusing on environmental law and conflict resolution, receiving recognition for contributions to the Maasvlakte 2 project. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Law from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The Hague University. Chris has also contributed to interdepartmental discussions on nitrogen issues for the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate and has held advisory positions with several governmental and consortium bodies throughout a distinguished career starting in 1996.
