Wout Kompagnie

Wout Kompagnie has over two decades of experience in the water supply sector, currently serving as a Beleidsadviseur and programmamanager at Waterbedrijf Groningen since January 2003. Key responsibilities include managing the Watertransitie Groningen program, developing strategic and operational reserves for drinking water sources, and implementing Smart Water Networks. Wout has also contributed as an Advisor on international water supply missions and held interim leadership positions in strategy and maintenance. Previous experience includes project management at Bam Infra and a political candidacy for the Waterschap Drents Overijselse Delta. Education includes an engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Windesheim, along with earlier studies at the University of Groningen and Greijdanuscollege.
