Ashish Jain

Ashish Jain is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in early-stage technology investments, venture capital, and private equity. As Co-founder and Partner at WaterBridge Ventures since June 2017, Ashish focuses on early-stage tech investing. Prior to this, Ashish founded Acuity Capital Advisors, specializing in early-stage VC and M&A advisory for technology and consumer sectors. Ashish co-founded Paras Capital, engaging in buyout private equity for small to medium-sized manufacturing companies, and served as Director at Singhi Advisors, providing M&A advisory for mid-market transactions. Ashish's earlier roles include positions as Controller at The Xander Group and CFO at Lok Capital, both of which contributed significantly to expertise in private equity and infrastructure. Additionally, Ashish held a leadership role in funds administration at Actis and was part of the private equity team at CDC Group. Ashish holds qualifications from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Delhi University, complemented by a foundational education at Delhi Public School.
