Prior to this, Michael held the position of Curriculum Leader of Career & Technical Education at Shelton Public Schools from July 2017 to October 2019, and worked as a Business & Finance Teacher and Department Leader at Ridgefield High School from July 2009 to June 2017. Michael's educational journey includes a Certificate in Educational/Instructional Technology and a 6th Year Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Sacred Heart University, a Master of Arts in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Bridgeport, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Methodist University. Additionally, Michael's background in golf includes roles as a PGA Assistant Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professional at two country clubs.
