Previously, William held the same position at New Haven Public Schools from August 2007 to December 2018, managing facilities and operations. William's legal background includes serving as an Attorney and Partner at Berchem Moses PC from 2003 to 2007, specializing in labor and employment law for municipal and Board of Education clients. William holds a Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law (1992-1995) and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Communication and Film from the University of Notre Dame (1987-1991).
