David Moore

David Moore is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in water management and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as the Smart Systems Manager at Watercare Services Limited, David focuses on leveraging technology to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Previous roles include managing a team for the network improvement programme and serving as Project Manager for the $400M Hunua 4 Project. David's extensive experience spans multiple senior engineering positions at AECOM, Faber Maunsell, Veolia Water, and Three Valleys Water, where responsibilities have ranged from leading water network planning efforts to overseeing major design and project execution. David holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Geographic Information Systems from Ulster University and a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering with European Studies from The University of Salford.
