Sheena Jeffries

Sheena Jeffries is the current Regional Director of Engagement at Watercrest. Sheena has over fifteen years of experience in the field of recreation and leisure programming. Sheena began their career as a counselor and art teacher before becoming an activity coordinator. In their most recent position as Senior Director of Activities at McGregor, they were responsible for managing the activities programs for 300 seniors. Sheena is a highly skilled and experienced professional who is dedicated to providing quality programming and positive leisure experiences for all.

After completing their undergraduate degree in recreation studies from Ohio University, Sheena Jeffries pursued a career in graphic design from Virginia Marti College of Art and Design. Sheena later obtained certifications from the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners in various areas related to dementia care, including Montessori Dementia Care Professional, Alzheimer's Disease Dementia Care Trainer, and Dementia Practitioner.

They are on a team with Joan T. Williams - Principal and Chief Financial Officer, Kathy Wiederhold - Executive Director, Spanish Springs , FL, and Kim Haddon - Executive Director, Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Sheena Jeffries reports to Marc Vorkapich, Principal & CEO.
