Roman Stingler has worked as a Senior Back-end Developer at waterdrop®, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Symvaro GmbH from February 2016 to present, where they started as a Full Stack Engineer and later took on the role of co-server admin. At Symvaro GmbH, they were responsible for security and scalability of the server infrastructure and SQL databases. Before that, Roman worked at Infineon Technologies from September 2013 to October 2015 as a Programmer, where they focused on Matlab simulations of electromagnetic interference/radiation and optimizing and extending a Requirements Engineering tool. roman also designed and implemented a Domain-specific language and a code generator for a development board and ModelSim as part of their thesis.

Roman Stingler obtained a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from FACHHOCHSCHULE KÄRNTEN. This education was pursued from 2010 to 2015.
