David Cunningham

David Cunningham has a diverse range of work experience in the financial industry. David currently works at Waterfall Asset Management LLC as a Director, where they manage acquisition and securitization due diligence, portfolio loan sales, and asset management. David is also responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations and leading a team of 5 Analysts and Associates. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2018, they owned their own company called Tailored Consulting, LLC. From 2013 to 2018, David worked at ResCap Liquidating Trust as a Director, overseeing portfolio loan sale activities and servicing oversight. David also supported the Independent Foreclosure Review project and DOJ/AG Settlement. Additionally, David has extensive experience at GMAC Mortgage, LLC, where they held various roles including Director of Default Operations, Manager of Default Operations, Team Leader of Default Operations, and Senior Foreclosure Specialist. Finally, from 1999 to 2001, they worked as a Foreclosure Specialist at Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation.

David Cunningham attended Montgomery County Community College from 1997 to 2002, where they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations. David did not obtain a degree during this time.
