Virginia Hines

Virginia Hines, JD, MBA, NHA, currently serves as General Counsel and VP of Investor Relations at TelyRx since September 2023. Hines also holds the positions of Secretary and Legal Counsel at Waterfall Bank and Chief Legal Counsel at Waterfall Capital Investments, both since September 2021 and May 2019 respectively. Previous experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at Traditions Senior Management, In-House Counsel at Trulieve, and judicial internships at the Louisiana Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and Louisiana Supreme Court. Early career roles encompassed positions as Legislative Assistant for Congressman Rodney Alexander, Administrative Executive Assistant at American Data Corporation, and File Clerk/Legal Assistant at Onebane Law Firm. Hines earned a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, following a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
