Sarit Segev

Sarit Segev has extensive experience in talent acquisition and HR management. Sarit currently works at Waterfall Security Solutions Ltd as the HR and Global Talent Acquisition Manager, where they oversee the full recruitment cycle and manages a team of Talent Acquisition Partners. Prior to this, they worked at Nyotron as an HRBP and Global Talent Acquisition Manager, leading the global recruitment team and handling end-to-end recruiting processes. Sarit also served as an HR Manager at Jinni and Gilat Satcom, where they were responsible for recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing the entire recruitment cycle. In addition, Sarit had an HR role at ECI from 1997 to 2003.
