Ruth Tapial

Ruth Tapial has extensive experience in digital marketing and project management, currently serving as a Digital Marketing & Communications professional at Waterford City & County Council since July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as a Digital Marketing Executive at O Connell Marketing from January 2020 to May 2021, and various positions at Telefónica from 1999 to 2015, including Project Manager and Sponsorship Activation & Events Management. Ruth’s educational background includes a Digital Marketing Diploma from the Digital Marketing Institute, an e-commerce degree from ESIC Business & Marketing School, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, complemented by a Higher Diploma in Project Management from IPA and additional studies in graphic design and digital marketing design.
