LaTasha Hadley has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and fields. LaTasha began their career at Alcorn State University as an Adjunct Instructor of Child Development, where they taught undergraduate courses and developed curriculum. LaTasha also served as a Director/Teacher, overseeing the center's operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Moving forward, Hadley joined Jackson State University as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Early Childhood Education. LaTasha also took on the role of Director/Teacher, further showcasing their leadership abilities.

Hadley's expertise led their to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, where they became an Adjunct Professor. In this role, they taught graduate courses in Education and demonstrated strong instructional abilities, along with implementing effective administrative practices.

LaTasha then transitioned to Waterford.org as the Senior Director, where they played a key role in developing and maintaining positive relationships with community partners for the UPSTART program. LaTasha effectively trained participants and staff, ensuring program success and delivering presentations to stakeholders.

Most recently, Hadley joined Chief as a Chief Member, a network focused on supporting women executive leaders. Their experience and skills would undoubtedly contribute to this unique organization. Additionally, they have also served as a Board Member for the Rural Education and Leadership Christian Foundation.

Overall, Hadley's work experience showcases their leadership, teaching, and administration skills within the education and advocacy sectors, along with their dedication to promoting early childhood education.

LaTasha Hadley obtained a Doctor of Education degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Jackson State University in 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Alcorn State University in 2012. LaTasha also holds another Master's degree in Secondary Education: Guidance Counseling from Alcorn State University, which they earned in 2009. Their educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Alcorn State University in 2007.
