Lynn Esser

Lynn Esser has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Lynn is currently working at Waterford.org as the Senior Director of Product Marketing, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Marketing at Waterford.org starting from March 2021. Before joining Waterford.org, Lynn worked at Frontline Education as the Director of Product Marketing from September 2017 to March 2021. Lynn also briefly served as the Senior Product Marketing Manager at Frontline Education from January 2017 to August 2017. Lynn's previous experience includes roles at Renaissance Learning, where they held the position of Senior Product Marketing Manager from January 2014 to December 2016, Product Line Manager from January 2010 to January 2014, and Associate Product Line Manager from August 2006 to January 2010. Additionally, Lynn worked as the Campus Administrator at Martin's College of Cosmetology from September 2004 to 2006 and as an Assistant Principal at Milwaukee Public Schools from September 2001 to June 2004. Prior to that, they worked as a Teacher at Milwaukee Public Schools from August 1996 to August 2001.

Lynn Esser holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completed from 1993 to 1996. Lynn also has a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership & Administration from the same university, earned between 1999 and 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Business Acumen and Strategy from UW-Madison Center for Professional and Executive Development in 2019, a Writing Bootcamp: Marketing Profs certification in 2016, and Pragmatic Marketing Certifications in Market, Foundations, and Launch in 2015, and Practical Product Management in 2010.
