Norma Schwartz

Norma Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Norma currently works at Waterford.org as the Director of Educator and Family Partnerships, a position they have held since October 2023. Norma also serves as a Senior Implementation Specialist at the same company since October 2020. Prior to joining Waterford.org, Norma worked at The University of Florida Lastinger Center as an Early Learning Florida Instructor from July 2019 to January 2022. Norma has also held roles at Family Central, Inc. as a Quality Improvement Specialist from 2015 to 2017 and as a Positive Behavior Support Miami Dade Education Specialist from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Norma worked at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine as a Trainer and Researcher in 2015-2016, at Monticello Area Community Action Agency as a Teacher from 2005 to 2009, at Abt Associates as a U.S Government Contractor for the CLIO Study from 2005 to 2006, and at Florida International University as an Assessment Specialist from 2004 to 2005.

Norma Schwartz has a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida International University. Norma also holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Norma has obtained a certification in Classroom Assessment Scoring System from Teachstone in 2015.
