John Drachman is the Co-Founder of Waterford Property Company, a real estate investment and development firm. John is also an Adjunct Professor at USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, teaching real estate development courses. Previously, John served as Vice President at Greenlaw Partners and worked as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Grubb & Ellis Company. John holds a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from USC Marshall School of Business, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from University of Arizona.
