Thomas Mays

Tom Mays, MSRE, is currently working as an Associate in Asset Management at Waterford. Prior to this, Tom held various roles such as Recruiter at RealREPP, President, Treasurer, and Risk Management Officer at Snow Club at Chapman University, Vice President Finance at Interfraternity Council, and Chaplain at Phi Kappa Tau, Epsilon Chapter. Tom also served as a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist at American InsurTech Council. Tom holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Chapman University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate and Finance. Tom is a graduate of Edison High School from the Center of International Business and Communications Studies.
