John Paul Torres

Torres is a Juvenile & Probate Court Administrator. Torres has a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Michigan, Bachelor of Political Science from Oakland University and has done Post Graduate works through Eastern Michigan University's Graduate School of Business Management. Torres is Board Certified by the Michigan Association of Community Mental Health Boards and is a graduate of the Michigan Political Leadership Program through Michigan State University's Department of Public Policy. Torres previously served as a Congressional Fellow with the U.S. House Education and Workforce Committee and teaches courses in American Government at Oakland Community College.
