Stephen J. Braconi is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Waterfront Realty Group, Inc. since December 2021, Braconi is also the founder and Real Estate Consultant at Braconi Associates, a firm established in 1987. Over the years, Braconi has developed a strong portfolio, managing multiple successful residential and commercial projects and increasing revenue to a multi-million dollar firm.
