WATERFRONT RESCUE MISSION

Waterfront Rescue Mission offers hope and healing to those in our community facing financial struggles, job loss, mental health challenges, addiction, and other life obstacles. With over 70 years of experience in helping the homeless, our staff understands that those seeking our services are individuals with families, responsibilities, and aspirations. While some of our clients are unemployed, many have jobs and 13% are veterans in need of military benefits and housing. Our services include shelter, meals, counseling, GED classes, medical care, and connecting them to other community resources, in a welcoming and supportive environment. We believe everyone has the potential to create a better future, and we are committed to providing the support and resources needed to help people get back on their feet. The way Waterfront interacts with anyone that walks through our door is reflected in our mission statement, “To demonstrate God’s goodness by providing rescue and recovery services in Jesus’ name.”
