Mark Isbell

Mark Isbell has worked as the Director of Development and Public Relations at Waterfront Rescue Mission since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Payroll Administrator at TEL Staffing & HR starting from February 2020. From March 2012 to September 2019, Mark served as the Executive Pastor at Fellowship of Oso Creek.

Mark Isbell attended Dallas Baptist University from 2000 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
