Bret Ross began their work experience in 1987 as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army until 1999. In 1998, they started their own company, The Ross Company, where they worked as the President/Owner until 2008. From 2008 to 2014, Bret worked as a Territory Manager at WaterFurnace International, where they managed and recruited a dealer network and significantly increased sales. Bret then advanced to the role of Region Manager from 2014 to 2016, and eventually became the Director of Residential Sales in July 2016.
Bret Ross obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Winthrop College from 1988 to 1991.
