Joleen Jones

Joleen Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Consumer Sales Development Representative at WaterFurnace International since April 2022, Joleen previously held the position of Customer Service and Administrative Assistant Rock Star! for a brief period at Customer Service and Administrative Assistant Rock Star. Prior experience includes serving as Permits & Licensing Coordinator for the City of Auburn, Indiana from September 2016 to January 2022, and holding the role of Office Manager at Geothermal Design Associates, Inc. for over 21 years, where responsibilities included accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and client interaction. Joleen began the professional journey as a Hostess at Richard's Restaurants from September 1990 to April 1995. Joleen earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Fort Wayne, completing the degree between 1993 and 2002.
