Terry McCain, Jr. is an experienced controls engineer currently employed at WaterFurnace International since June 2015, where responsibilities include the design, development, analysis, coding, testing, and documentation of real-time embedded software for product controls. Previous experience includes roles as a Building Systems & Controls Account Manager at Stuart Mechanical, where Terry performed control designs and managed projects, and as a Systems Technician II at Johnson Controls, where complex control system malfunctions were diagnosed and repaired. Terry also completed an internship as a Systems Designer at Johnson Controls, performing basic commissioning and system diagnostics. Earlier professional experience includes overseeing a security staff as a Security Supervisor for Guest Relations Executive Protection. Terry holds a Bachelor’s degree in HVAC/R Engineering from Ferris State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning from Wayne County Community College District.
