Matthias Geyssens

Matthias Geyssens is a Partner at Waterland Private Equity, a position held since May 2014, following an extensive tenure at Deloitte Corporate Finance as Assistant Director from September 2005 to May 2014. During the time at Deloitte, Matthias gained significant expertise in M&A Transaction Services, leading the Private Equity team and managing the Carlyle client account. Career beginnings were as an auditor at Deloitte Brussels before transitioning into corporate finance, where Matthias executed a variety of M&A transactions across Europe, focusing on modeling, valuation, and due diligence.
