Pieter Coppens

Pieter Coppens is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and project management, currently serving as Teamleader Commissioning and Start-Up at Waterleau since March 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the complete commissioning and start-up of projects. Prior to this role, Pieter was a Manager at ZUKO s.a. from July 2016 to February 2018, focusing on sustainable wastewater treatment solutions. Pieter also gained valuable experience at Air Liquide as a Project Manager from June 2014 to June 2016, managing key projects including an automation initiative for an air separation unit, and previously completed an internship as a Business Controller. Pieter started at Waterleau as a Project Engineer from September 2012 to June 2014, engaging in various aspects of industrial wastewater project execution. Pieter holds a Master's degree in Bioscience Engineering from KU Leuven, obtained in 2012.
