Iqra Saleem

Iqra Saleem is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Deputy Manager Talent and OD at Waterlink Group of Companies since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing the recruitment cycle and leading employee engagement initiatives. Prior experience includes Assistant Manager HR at Santex Products (Pvt.) Limited from April 2017 to January 2023, focusing on recruitment strategies and collaboration with business teams on job descriptions. Additionally, Iqra held the position of Senior Human Resources Officer at The Citizens Foundation from April 2014 to April 2017, leading HR operations and implementing an HR Management Information System. Iqra holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology and a BBA in Finance from DHA Suffa University.
